Abstracts
Authors are requested to submit an abstract of no more than 2 pages (including equations, references, and figures) no later than January 15, 2026 using the form provided below.​​​

Abstract templates in Microsoft Word and PDF are provided below. The PDF file is generated using the source files .tex and .cls in LaTex.
The abstract:
• must be written in English
• must contain full names, addresses, and emails of the authors
• in case of joint authorship: name of speaker presenting the paper during the conference should be underlined
• reference marks can be omitted if all authors are from same affiliation

The abstract file must be uploaded in PDF format. If figures are included, the contents of the figures ust be explained in their captions. There is no limit on the number of figures if the the total length of the paper is within the specified limit. Figures should be centered on the page.

The abstracts can be submitted using the Abstract Submission form below.​​​​​​ Afterward, a PDF file of the abstract can be generated via typesetting.​
Note: LaTeX and CLS templates above are ".txt" files. Before using them, please remove these extensions and typeset the resulting file “Surname1Surname2Surname3_abstract.tex” to obtain its “.pdf” file. Make sure that both ".tex" and" and ".cls" files are in the same folder.
Papers for Conference Proceedings
All authors of the conference presentations are invited to upload their papers corresponding to their presentations into the conference website for publication in the Springer’s Conference Proceedings Book Series by April 1, 2026. This Book Series is a collection of peer-reviewed papers and indexed in Ei Compendex and Scopus. The length of the papers should not exceed 15 pages including figures, tables, appendix, and references. Each page can have up to 400 words. Recommended font size is 10pt.

The manuscripts can be prepared using the "Information for Authors of Springer Proceedings"

Completed papers can be submitted to the conference below. Conference papers are to be published as peer-reviewed Proceedings in the Conference Proceedings Book Series by Springer.
